mmadigital appoints Studio North to spearhead rebrand
Multi award-winning agency appointed for brand relaunch to align with mmadigital’s future growth and expansion plans.
mmadigital has appointed Studio North to deliver a rebrand following a competitive pitch.
The Manchester-based agency, which last week won its nineteenth award at the coveted Transform Awards Europe 2022, will take the lead in delivering a new brand strategy for mmadigital, including redefining its visual and verbal identity, and its creative assets.
The rebrand comes at a time of rapid growth for mmadigital as it sets sight on enhancing its technology and data capabilities on the back of private equity investment.
Studio North will work with a core team at mmadigital to devise and execute the brand strategy, led by interim Chief Marketing Office, Debbie Britton. Britton has headed a number of high-profile brand transformation programmes during her career, including National Accident Helpline, Npower and The Open University.
Britton says: “mmadigital is at the next exciting stage of evolutionary growth, driven at large by its recent funding injection but also, the inherent ambition and team-orientated culture of the business. Studio North is the perfect match for us, both in terms of their strong creative acumen and strategic insight, and the way in which they can articulate and integrate a company’s brand story into their work, which is a fundamental part of our brief.
“Every touchpoint and experience people have with our brand matters, and we want to create a fresh and consistent brand message that clearly underpins our future positioning while aligning with our existing core values.”
Nick Wright, Brand Strategy Director, Studio North says: “mmadigital has an ambitious future vision of where they are heading. An ambition that naturally excited us when we were briefed for this brand development opportunity. So, we’re thrilled to be part of the journey in helping mmadigital define a brand positioning and fresh new identity which truly represents the unique culture of the business and their plans for growth.”
