The Manchester-based customer acquisition specialists for the legal sector has welcomed two new senior hires as part of its ongoing recruitment drive.

Rachel Cullen has joined as Head of Paid Search and Anthony Hough has been appointed as Salesforce Developer, as the business continues to extend its digital and tech capabilities and further enhance its customer experience to align with the company’s growth trajectory.

Rachel Cullen brings extensive PPC expertise to mmadigital having previously held the positions of Paid Media Manager and Performance Optimisation Manager with sports fashion retailer, JD Sports. Through her campaign leadership, the team saw considerable YOY uplifts each year for the past five years.

In her new role, Cullen will be responsible for the acquisition and retention of customers through paid search and other performance channels for mmadigital’s consumer brands. She will work alongside the wider digital marketing team including organic search, social, and affiliates, to maximise the impact of campaigns for the company’s law firm client base.

Anthony Hough has a proven track record of implementing CRM and API systems within the business services, software and tech sectors, most recently working with organisations such as Payroc and Peninsula.

Hough will lead the development and customisation of Salesforce from a technical and client growth perspective, and will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of reporting suites. He will work closely with business leads across tech, compliance and marketing to analyse, design and deploy cross-functional scalable CRM solutions to meet rapidly growing business requirements and the expectations of internal and external users.

On joining mmadigital, Cullen says: “It’s an incredibly exciting time to join mmadigital and contribute to the next stage of its growth by building and executing a clear and differentiated paid search strategy.”

Hough adds: “The role has so much potential and it’s great to be part of something new and ambitious. One of the most compelling things which attracted me to mmadigital is the vibrant and cohesive culture – with people at the heart of it all.”

Dez Derry, mmadigital CEO and Founder says: “The appointments of Rachel and Anthony are testament to our sustained growth and our ability to attract high-calibre people to the business. With their knowledge and expertise, we can strengthen our product offering and enhance the overall value proposition for our clients.”
